Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation :

We, at Partswaale, thank you for choosing us & for giving us an opportunity to serve you. We would never want to see you cancelling your order. However, we do understand that sometimes you may place the order by mistake or may realize after placing the order that these items are not needed any more or you want some other item. In these situations, following will apply

  • Order once placed can only be cancelled within 4 hours from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on partswaale@gmail.com In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Virtual Product like Antivirus, Software’s, etc.
  • If the Order is for any item, which is eligible for Same Day Delivery category, no cancellation will be allowed after placing of the order.
  • Cancellation of Pre-order items will not accept in any conditions.

We never want any product to be canceled by our side and see very remote chances to deliver it to you. In the following situations, the order can be canceled from our side too

  • Fail to get the address confirmation in case of COD orders
  • Wrong address
  • Unable to contact with the customer
  • SKU going out of stock after placement of order

 

Refund :

Ideally, we would not like our valuable customers to leave unhappy or unsatisfied but even if after all our efforts, a customer is willing to have a refund for his/her order; we do have a facility of refund as per the refund policy described as below:

 

  • After the approval of cancellation of the order or return (as per stated conditions above), the refund process will be initiated within 3 days of the approval. Considering the bank processing time, it should take 7-10 days to get a credit in your bank account.
  • Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
  • Once returned & in case the returned product is found OK, the refund will only be made after deducting the cost of return freight & 10% of the order value as the administration cost.
  • DAMAGE OR breakage customers should take care while taking from courier partner.
  • If customers feels that, the products may be damaged or breakage then he should not take the delivery of products or can verify the products by opening the products before or in front of courier partners.
  • Ones the customers has accepted the delivery of products then we are not responsible for any damage or breakage in any conditions.
  • If order gets damage by the customers & confirm with courier partner as per our damage policy then we will settlement of the same
  • Once returned & in case the returned product is found OK, the refund will only be made after deducting the cost of return freight & 10% of the order value as the administration cost.

 

REPLACEMNET POLICY:

We, at Partswaale, take the quality very seriously that all the products shipped to our customers are brand new and thoroughly tested by our OEM supplies. Still in some unfortunate cases or due to some reasons, which are out of our control, the situation of returning the product may apply. In such unfortunate situations, a product may be returned within 7 days of original receipt subject to the following conditions:

  • The product is not working as per the published specifications/features
  • Product is dead on arrival (DOA)
  • The difference in delivered product & ordered product
  • Physically damaged product
  • Intimation regarding any of the above conditions needs to be given within 24 hours of the receipt of the product. In case of a physically damaged product, the picture of the outer package and the product clearly showing the damage needs to be provided by the customer.
  • If information is not provided within 24 hours, the return / replacement request might not get approved.
  • In case of branded products if the original packing is opened, we will not be able to take the product back until unless it is falling under any of the above four conditions.
  • In case of return or replacement (only if it falls in any of the above four conditions), the original packaging, all tags, manuals need to be preserved and returned along with the product to qualify for the return or replacement. The shipment of replacement unit or credit in case of return will only be initiated after receipt of original product along with the original packaging, tags, manuals etc. and checking & approval by the return dept. In case it is found that product does not have the stated reason for return or replacement, the same might not be approved.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of the product. If the product is out of stock you will receive a “Refund” of the product amount paid while purchasing

Once we get a refund request from your end, we process your refund as per the mode of payment you selected while placing your order, which is described below:

  • Prepaid Order (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking)
  • In this, the order amount will be remitted back to your card or net-banking account. The process for initiating this takes 1-2 business days however, it may take approximately 7-10 business days to get the amount actually reflect in your card / net-banking account.
  • Cash On Delivery Order  
  • If you have placed an order using cash on delivery mode and had requested a refund: We take your bank account details along with a copy of cancelled cheque and we do a bank transfer. In this the money will get credited in your account within 14-15 working days.
