Fraud alert: They claim it to be an IPS panel and install a VA panel. I got my laptop screen replaced on 12th August, but it broke within 2 days. These people use a very low quality screen and now they are not even giving warranty.

Ordered replacement fans for my Lenovo Legion. The fans were delivered properly. The fans are identical to the stock fans. Working great. Also, I loved the customer service, had some issues and they efficiently resolved the issue.

Resolved TouchPad and Mouse pointer issues on my Asus vivobook laptop, initially touchpad was fixed but mouse right click or scroll had issue that was not checked initially (also I did not checked the same on delivery) but upon followup visit next day all issues are resolved.

Also I have been using my Lenovo laptop they repaired 8 years back (it was 3 yrs old laptop at that time) on motherboard issue - the same laptop is running without a single issue since then till date.

Extremely cartious behavior of the helpdesk, very helpful, trustworthy and l highly recommend giving tem for authentic and beat quality laptop repair.

Best Laptop Service Center in Kolkata, chandni chowk. Samsung, HP, Lenevo, Deel, Panasonic, Toshiba, etc Branded Service Center Qualaty servicing.

Staffs are very polite, honest and very good behavior.

Service Qualaty standard and excellent, no objection or confution.

I think at chandni chowk have lots of reparing shop but if you finding trusted, Genuine and honest i only recommend SRM Infotech!

I went to SRM Infotech with my ASUS TUF gaming laptop 💻.
The team was polite and asked to keep the system for testing. I told them it’s not possible, so they checked it same day for 4–5 hours 🔧.

They tried well, even said the laptop turned on once but again went off 💀.
Engineer was honest and didn’t give false hopes 👍.
Laptop couldn’t be repaired, but full respect to their effort & professionalism 🙏.
